Publishing means taking responsibility for the status of every claim.

Policy for publication, versioning, conflicts of interest, corrections, withdrawals, authorship and independence.

Publication states

Question, hypothesis, specification, prototype, internal result, external evaluation and reviewed evidence are identified separately.

Relevant materials retain date, version, scope and their relationship to previous versions.

Material changes are recorded. A document may be withdrawn when publication was premature, its status changes or it fails the editorial threshold.

Authorship reflects actual contribution. Affiliations and acknowledgements require verification and consent.

The foundational and transfer relationship with tuucke is disclosed whenever relevant to interpreting a material.

Commercial interests do not determine a research conclusion or its evidence level.

Public register
