Two paths, one shared responsibility.

Founding story and profiles of Javier and Antonio Aragón, with distinct responsibilities across research, company building and market access.

Shared founding story

AffectiveAI began with a question that was not solely technological.

How can artificial intelligence become part of everyday life without losing the human capacity to understand, limit and govern it?

Javier Aragón had worked around innovation, vulnerability, accessibility and the relationship between technology and society. Antonio Aragón had developed a career close to companies and institutions, interpreting real needs in fields where trust, responsibility and execution matter as much as the technology itself.

Their paths were different, but led to the same point: a new governance architecture would only matter if it could be formulated rigorously while also being explained, tested and implemented within real organisations.

Antonio Aragón

Institutional development, business and market access

He connects research with companies, institutions and real decision-making processes. His work focuses on business development, corporate relationships, market access and institutional dialogue, building routes through which the research can be explained, tested and evaluated beyond the laboratory.

A complementary foundation

One protects the coherence of the thesis. The other requires it to work in the real world.

AffectiveAI Research investigates, documents, publishes and subjects its hypotheses to scrutiny. tuucke develops, commercialises and operates products built on that scientific and technological foundation.

Both share an origin and a responsibility: helping artificial intelligence advance without erasing human authority, traceability and decision-making capacity.
